Villa Romantica is located in a quiet location in the Ortembach urbanization in Calpe. The villa is located just a 2-minute drive from the Peñon de Ifach and several supermarkets and restaurants. At 3 km we find the center of Calpe with its beautiful sandy beaches, promenades with shops, water sports, restaurants and bars.

There is parkingspace for several cars. It is a spacious house with a large private swimming pool, sun loungers, patio with lounge and a barbecue, all surrounded by a large pool terrace.

The house has central heating and air conditioning. We enter the living room, equipped with TV and Wi-Fi. A bright dining room overlooking the garden and swimming pool and a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, blender, coffee machine, toaster, etc. ... dishwasher, washing machine.

The master bedroom with double bed and air conditioning has access to the garden and bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 x 1 single beds and air conditioning. The bedrooms all have shutters.

The pool cleaning man and the gardener will enter the outdoor area of the property unannounced once or twice a week to maintain and clean the pool and garden.

Calpe was originally a fishing village that has grown over the years into a lively seaside resort and one of the popular tourist destinations on the Costa Blanca (Alicante). Take a nice walk on the white sandy beaches with a view of the clear blue water. Also enjoy the view of the Peñón de Ifach, the symbol of Calpe.
