Deposit / Damage

The reservation is final after payment of 30% of the total amount, no later than 7 days after receipt of price offer/rental agreement. The final fee must be paid 3 weeks before arrival date. The deposit will be refunded about 2 weeks after check-out.

Deposit will be refunded under the following conditions:

  • No fines have been imposed for illegal activities, other rentals or services ordered during the stay
  • All garbage has been cleaned up in the designated containers and all used kitchen inventory is cleaned and tidy
  • There is no damage to the accommodation both inside and outside.
  • All keys have been returned.
  • All bills from during the stay are paid before departure.
  • No bed or bath linen has disappeared or been damaged.
  • The tenant has not been evicted from the accommodation by the owner (or representative of the owner) or the police.

In case of separate charging for any electricity / water / wi-fi use, these costs will be deducted from the deposit.

Cancellation

  • In case of cancellation up to 1 month before arrival date, the amount will be refunded 70%.
  • In case of cancellation up to 14 days before arrival date, the amount will be refunded 50%.
  • In case of total travel ban to Spain due to COVID measures, the amount will be refunded less 100€ administration fee or you will receive a voucher, to be used with a new reservation.

Maximum occupancy

The allowed max. number of guests is as indicated on the guest list of the rental agreement.

Including

Included in the rental rate are : bed linen and bath towels, wifi, water and gas ; if otherwise, this shall be stated in the rental agreement.

Check-in and check-out

Check-in between 16h00 and 21h00 (if after 21h00 extra fee 30€ - after 00h00 60€).
Check out between 7h00 and 10h00

Cleaning service

If desired, you can always ask for an extra cleaning during your stay for a fee.

Airport transfer

If desired, we can arrange airport transfer for a fee.

False reservations

Reservations made under false pretenses will result in the withholding of your made payments, deposits or rent amount, and the access to the property will be denied.

Written exceptions

Exceptions to the above guidelines must be confirmed in writing in advance.

Loss of keys or remote control

In case of loss of the remote control or house key, a cost of 50 €/per piece will be charged (security key: 80€/piece). In case of loss remote control air conditioning / TV / decoder / DVD player : 50€/piece.

Liability

The landlord/owner is not responsible for:

  • accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur during the stay in / or around the house;
  • the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the tenants.
  • burglary, damage to own belongings / vehicles or other problems that occur by third parties.

Pets

Pets are NOT allowed in most of the accommodations !  Only allowed in the holiday home if clear prior permission has been obtained. The landlord/owner does not bear any responsibility for diseases or injuries of the pet.
